The SMS is a single system that coordinates the requirements of various objectives, specifically quality management (ISO9001), environmental management (ISO14001), and customer care (ICSS).
We are proud of our SMS – it is organised to be intrinsic to how we work, and audited externally and continuously. External auditors are able to review our compliance level through the portal at any time without our prior knowledge.
The starting point for the SMS is the client scope and their definition of success. This is a regular touchstone throughout our longer projects. It has been 3 years since a Non-Compliance was found in SMS.
