Due Diligence audits answer the questions – “will I get what I pay for?”, “do I need to spend more to achieve compliance?”, “if this asset goes on sale, what will a due diligence process turn up?”

Verification Audits are similar. They answer the questions  – “did you get what you paid for?”,

“is it correct to release retention?”, “can it be independently verified that we have met the specification?”

Builders, owners, & sub-contractors each have their own reasons for requesting these audits.

In either case, the audit process uses current plans, site inspections & forensic engineering to gather evidence to answer these questions.
