The project had two mechanical designs with significant differences in equipment and plant sizing (chiller block load size, and FCU sizing).

SEED was able to dynamically model the building and, as a third party, verify that the reduced capacity within apartments could bring the apartments/hotel rooms to comfortable conditions within an acceptable time.
