Why Consider SEED

We have a mix of skill sets and staff that can think creatively, prove an innovation works before roll-out, and assist contractors with building details. Necessity may be the mother of invention but proving invention works is the hard part.

We are highly qualified and experienced in the use of performance approaches to improve the service’s performance. This is often used by building owners to keep older buildings current or by new projects to deliver more for less.

We can use a unique mix of tradesmen, modellers, and experienced engineers to bring each project a practical mix of experience and computer simulation.

What We Do

We love to solve problems! It doesn't matter whether the problem is commercial, legal or technical, we will have a team that can measure it and fix it.
How We Do It

Most engineers have a preferred phase or strength. We arrange our work such that it travels through a team of engineers so that they are working in their preferred phase.
